JEEEZZ !!!! It feels like pulling teeth just to get basic service here. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work, and on top of that, they refuse to match prices. They are way overpriced!!! What a shame, I was ready to spend a significant amount of money here, for my stores and home, easily around $10,000+ but they clearly don’t want the business. We went with someone else.

Very easy to use and fast . The key works fine when I tried it in my door. I just thought it was on the pricey side. I think it would have been cheaper at the hardware store, with that being said it was very convenient and I was grocery shopping at the time and needed a key for my daughter and there was the kiosk.
