The keys work great but for the price i think the quality of the key would be alittle better, but to be honest that has less to do with the service and more with manufacturing. Very cheap metal but does the job.. thanks

Unprofessional – first fix did not work and had to call them back when keys did not work. Second visit they completely overcharged us from price given over phone week prior!! Paid double the price quoted. Would NOT recommend!

They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn’t as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. I was skeptical of a key made from a kiosk. But process was smooth and quick. Even better the key works wonderfully!!! Cute design options too for extra added bonus.
