Keys were rough at best. Did not work well in locks. I had to file off barbs left on cut edges. Not a good job at all. I’ll never use a automated key maker again.

These guys are great!!! Came in clutch when I really needed them. Charlie was the locksmith who came out. He was kind, professional, and explained everything in a great way. Super quick and efficient! I was there all of 15 minutes to get a new spare key connected to my car. J Franco was very nice and accommodating, he even got me in the next day. 100% recommend!

I made two different keys. One turned out great using the standard brass. The other key that was made requires additional movement within the lock to be successful. I also had to restart the process twice as I received an error message upon getting to the payment screen.

I do not recommend this company. I called to have them open a smart key lock. They came and didn’t have the proper tool to do the job. They wanted to drill it out!! Said it was the only way. I know that isn’t true there is a tool you can use to open the lock and still be able to use your key. It does break the smart key mechanism so you can’t re-key it. If it wasn’t bad enough that they did not have the proper tool the charged me a $30 service charge. In my opinion both their lack of equipment and charging me because they were not prepared to open my lock is very unprofessional and will not use them again.
