Jacob solved my issue right away. My front door knob only worked when turned one direction, not the other. Without taking it apart, he suspected the latch, and he was correct. He had the replacement part in his truck, and after a quick swap the knob worked perfectly again. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided very professional service.

Quick and easy. The kiosk is inside the right entrance (across from the carts). Works well and there’s a few key styles to choose from.

Basic key is $4, or you can get one with designs (e.g. Chicago Bears or American flag) for $5. If you click through to say you just want one key, it will offer you to add another for $1.50, which bring down the average price if you need more than one.

Putting four stars because this is a little more expensive than other places I’ve been, and you have to buy extra keys to get the deals. I went to a similar kiosk in a Home Depot a few weeks ago and it was just $3 per key even if you just got one.

The experience at this location has unfortunately been unreliable and unprofessional. After requesting a simple key service, the management here failed to fulfill their responsibilities in delivering the service, failed to respond to communication, caused significant delays (over 2 months) and failed to deliver overall.
Upon request for a refund, instead of acknowledging their lack of service and immediately issuing the refund, management instead tried to put the blame on us the customer and their own employee. After the management had a debate with their own employee, we were given our refund. Would not recommend this company.
