What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

I was calling for a business. Not about to put that name out here. Have called numerous times and no one ever show up nor does anyone call. Not sure what the exact problem is but I have called and spoke to who I assume was Brent who actually laughed when I mentioned that they had been out before. Told me he would be over within the week. Still a jerk. Must be some other month and year. Not a fan especially since this is a business that we were needing a service. Will not recommend.

Last time I use you. Yours costs are extreme and hate that you nickel and dime with add-ons such as pay to brush the teeth after purchase. Our local Ace only charges $2.99 for a key with the brushing.

Friendly and incredibly helpful! He remembered so many details about our commercial door that he had previously worked on and gave a lot of great advice on what options we have for locking the door that would be fire-safe. Highly recommend.
