I receive excellent service when I shop at this store. They usually have exactly what I need. I have heard a cheap chain store is coming to Cissna Park, BUT I WILL COME TO KNAPP & STEINER TRUE VALUE HARDWARE first and foremost! There is no substitution for good quality and great service.

I needed a locksmith quick and ABC was able to have a locksmith come by the same day. The problem was assessed and I was given 3 options to fix the problem. The end result fixed the problem quickly and economically.

It’s very easy to use. It makes your keys in about 5 minutes. It offers you a free key if you purchase 2 keys. It also offers you the opiton to make a different key. I only gave 4 stars, because when I chose a different key to be made, it made me the same key, I had made first.
It’s a little pricey. But its very convenient when you need a key made at 10:00 pm at night.
It will also offer you the opition to save all your information, incase you ever need a key made again and don’t have it. It also can make almost any type keys. There are a lot of great qualities with the machine.
What I don’t understand is why it cost so much to make a new key?
We use to have keys made for a dollar.
Nevertheless, you do what you need to.
Hope you at least try a machine if you see one.
