I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

I originally got myself a lock from Amazon and after less than a year it just fell apart sooo I called Nonstop and they were out RIGHT AWAY! Eduardo was my technician and he was awesome, he showed up so personable and professional, he swapped my lock, put in a door plate and walked me thoroughly through the instructions to make sure I knew how to change codes which was so helpful! I will definitely use them in the future when my other Amazon lock falls off!

Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I spent nearly 700 dollars for a replacement key fob for my Volkswagen and they didn’t even give me the correct key. They gave me this cheap plastic one that not only doesn’t have a key blade, but lacks some buttons and functions the original has. It took them over a week to get the job done, first it was supposed to be the next day, then the day after, and on and on until they eventually did the job. The customer service people are liars as well, they told me they needed a deposit, then they’d do the job and give me a payment plan. Turns out the deposit isn’t even the deposit, so I eventually had to wait even longer so I could be able to pay the $700 full price. And this is the type of key I get. I paid $580 for this same service and not only did I get an ACTUAL Volkswagen key but they came and programmed it the same exact day the key arrived. I’m likely going to file a complaint with the ftc as this company basically scammed me. I would NOT recommend getting a key fob done with them.

Though I didn’t get the name of the fella who helped her out, he was nothing but kind, thoughtful, and quick. Cannot recommend them enough, these are good people.

Drove out of my way to support them, because I was assured over the phone they could copy Range Rover Keys. I should have been alarmed that it took the rep over an hour to try to program the key. But I was forced to come back the next day because he misprogrammedmy key in the process and I couldnt lock my doors. But he assured me he assured me he would fix it tomorrow when he got the correct programmer. Still couldn’t fix it. Sent me to his friend shop, they couldn’t fix it. I remained calm initially because I have multiple cars. What pissed me off is when he he stopped answering my calls and when I would come up there for him to fix it, he would act like I’m annoying him!! His mistake cost me over 2k to fix! I wrote the owner she didn’t respond. Started to blast her on FB, but STILL didn’t want to do a Black company like that! This is why it has taken me three years later to even review them! I didn’t want to do this. But who am I helping allowing them to get away with destroying people vehicles! they never responded to me to this day. Do Not allow these people to touch your luxury vehicles, it could cost you more later

We had them come out and change the knob and latch frame for our three flat. After a few weeks the knob quit turning and they immediately came back out at no cost to assess and fix it. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and service. Great experience.
