I stopped in with a specialty house-key blank I ordered online (mainly because it was cute!) & the employee helped me right away. He examined it, explained what to realistically expect since it was made of thick solid brass, & offered to give it a try at a very reasonable price. I tested the key recently & it works perfectly! I’m thrilled with the result because now I have a cute house key.

There’s plenty of parking in the front lot since it’s part of a larger shopping plaza. There seems to be a high selection of keys in the store so you don’t have to bring your own. I’ll definitely be returning here for any future key needs.

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.
