Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

I had the pleasure of working with Dougs Lock and Key Service in Marion, Illinois, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called them on a Monday (a day after a snowstorm) to install two new locks for my home. I was converting the property from an independent residence to a rental and needed the work done by Friday. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also made the whole process incredibly smooth and quick.

To my surprise, they showed up just 30 minutes after my call, despite the snowstorm that had dumped over a foot of snow. The technician was not only prompt but also professional and courteous, taking the time to have a pleasant conversation while getting the job done.

I was impressed with how quick and efficiently he worked. He had everything completed and my home ready to go five days ahead of schedule! The service was also reasonably priced.

Honestly, I wish all companies had customer service this good. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and they’ve earned every bit of this five-star review!

Do not use KeyMe Locksmiths. it is a total rip off, they charged me 165 to dispatched a tow company. they tow company told me it was only 65 for the service. So its a 100 dollar upcharge to just call them pretty much. total scam.
