Such a pleasant experience. Talked to Patrick/Pat on the phone to set up an appointment. From the start, he was upfront and gave me a quote. He was prompt and professional. Finished quickly and I was pleased with his work. Stated I would probably call him again and he said for what. I showed him the same problem with another door and he fixed it. He said it would save me a service call fee. I was touched; a young man who thought to save me money not make money.
