I called Fred’s locksmithing because I needed someone to rekey all of my residential locks and my triplex and I was hoping to have Fred create a master key system. However, rather than accepting my myself as a client, Fred actually directed me to a product that would allow me to rekey all of the locks by myself and allow me to have a master key (kwikset key control system ). So while I did not actually utilize Fred’s locksmithing Services, it was not because I did not need them. I did need his Services, but he also knew of an alternate path for myself that would not only save me money but would also remove me from being a potential client. I think that this was a stand-up move and reflects that that Fred is an open, honest Small Business person. So while I did not know how Fred is as a service provider, I do suspect that he is a good And honest person.

Had these guys come out. We’re here 4 hours couldn’t get it to work or duplicate fob. He was suppose to have someone else come out but no call no show. Still asked for service fee. I used these guys because of the ratings, but still without a fob key. The guy was nice but seemed like this was his 1st day on the job. 4 hours when he said maybe an hour.

I would definitely recommend these kiosks. I have used it 3 times. One of the keys didn’t work and I was immediately refunded when I reported it. It’s so convenient.

Far the most horrible and unprofessional place in springfield to do business with blessed there is better company out there that care about there customers i purchased a key and fob week later it stopped working and they told me bring key in work receipt, and as long as the key fob wasn’t dropped in water or damaged, then I could schedule a tech to come out to my house to get my truck running. Meanwhile, I guess i’m just without a vehicle lessons learned another horrible springfield business also don’t let a1 rob you go on amazon and purchase this programmer super easy to do and you will have extra keys programmed, and ready to go.

Had 3 keys made for my neighbors. They all go in with lots of shaking & effort. Once in they do turn very easy. I’m not sure if they are deburred after cutting. If not this would explain not going in easy.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock!
