Great company. They were with us within 1 hour of us calling regarding one of our locks breaking. The problem was quickly identified and a solution put in place. The door was fully repaired within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Was relatively easy to work with the machine. Good directions. But none of the keys work. I has three copies of a single padlock key made. The original works great but none of the new ones. I put the original in just the first time and never touched it again. Inconvenient because I live 30 miles from menards.
