I had the pleasure of working with Dougs Lock and Key Service in Marion, Illinois, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called them on a Monday (a day after a snowstorm) to install two new locks for my home. I was converting the property from an independent residence to a rental and needed the work done by Friday. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also made the whole process incredibly smooth and quick.

To my surprise, they showed up just 30 minutes after my call, despite the snowstorm that had dumped over a foot of snow. The technician was not only prompt but also professional and courteous, taking the time to have a pleasant conversation while getting the job done.

I was impressed with how quick and efficiently he worked. He had everything completed and my home ready to go five days ahead of schedule! The service was also reasonably priced.

Honestly, I wish all companies had customer service this good. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and they’ve earned every bit of this five-star review!

Jacob solved my issue right away. My front door knob only worked when turned one direction, not the other. Without taking it apart, he suspected the latch, and he was correct. He had the replacement part in his truck, and after a quick swap the knob worked perfectly again. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided very professional service.

We got a free Scion and it only came with a valet key. We got 2 keys on Amazon and had them cut at the dealer since the valet key cut is different than a master key cut. Some all we had was a valet key the car would not accept the programming of the new master keys because let’s face it you don’t want a valet making a copy of your key and taking your car. After some frustration with the car he was able to get them programmed for a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for all your lock smith needs! Extremely accommodating as well.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!
