Unprofessional – first fix did not work and had to call them back when keys did not work. Second visit they completely overcharged us from price given over phone week prior!! Paid double the price quoted. Would NOT recommend!

Was so incredibly kind and genuine when I was having a stressful day. I truly believe you will not find someone in the area so willing to help. Honestly this was the most infuriating experience ever. I just spend $160 for them to come and drill a hole through my lock which I could’ve done in the 45mins I was waiting for someone to come lock-pick it….. now I not only am out $160 for these “services” that took a whole 60seconds to do but I need to buy a new lock on top of that… really pissed because I have my own tools in my garage that I could’ve used myself to do exactly what was done here for way less money. Absolute scam will never be calling again…

UPDATE:
After contacting Numerous people and submitting numerous tickets I am still at no resolution. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the way this was all handled. Finally got a call back from customer support saying the most they can do is contact me to the tech I had them do that as I’m upset about the price! ( the advertised price is stating “as low as $29” when it’s only for them to show up..) I still have NO receipt stating what I was even charged the remaining $131 for I am also upset at the fact that when I had the tech call me he spoke over me almost the entire time and I had to emphasize that I can’t explain myself if he keeps speaking over me. VERY RUDE and very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use these people as you will not only be met with rude sped up service but a massive bill for something you could do yourself.

Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience with the bald guy working there. I told him I had a sprinter. He got upset. He said I caused him a headache. Ok I’ll take my vehicle to another shop who appreciates my business. I have multiple vans. My mistake was not mentioning the correct van when he can clearly see it outside. I suggest to take a vacation and clear your head so you can speak to customers properly.
