I drove a couple hours to meet and they never showed up and never even called. Finally got him on the phone and he gave me a number of another guy who can’t even come today, which is not an option since I live two hours away and scheduled this very early this morning before I ever left Definitely do not recommend them

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! I wish I’d known this before I went to the dealer to get my key programmed. They charged me $95 just to program my fob only!

But Locksmith Services would have programmed my fob AND laser cut my emergency key inside the fob for a TOTAL of $85! They were done with the cut in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend getting your key programmed and cut here!! It works perfectly and would have saved me a lot more money.

Definitely, absolutely, go here for your laser cut keys and programming!!
