Had these guys come out. We’re here 4 hours couldn’t get it to work or duplicate fob. He was suppose to have someone else come out but no call no show. Still asked for service fee. I used these guys because of the ratings, but still without a fob key. The guy was nice but seemed like this was his 1st day on the job. 4 hours when he said maybe an hour.

It did a good job coping my truck key that was in bad shape. Tried with another company like this and the key came out incorrect. Very impressed with the system they use.

I didn’t catch his name, but I had a issue with a Liberty safe and he suggested how to take the cover off. Worked exactly like he said! I was able to fix myself. How many businesses would do that? I can’t recommend them enough!!! I will definitely use them for every lock problem I have. Thanks again!! In my opinion they’re the best.

I was skeptical of a key made from a kiosk. But process was smooth and quick. Even better the key works wonderfully!!! Cute design options too for extra added bonus.

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.

D’arcy Hyundai lost my car and house keys. This is the locksmith to go to. Scott is such a knowledgeable person. I am glad this Lock Tech was able to assure me that I would have proper security. It’s been a couple nights and I’ve been able to sleep better. D’Arcy Hyundai still cannot find my car keys nor my house keys. D’Arcy Hyundai charged me for a key and fob replacement. I should have called Scott here at Plainfield Lock Techs, because it was cheaper to get 2 keys made AND programmed through him, than it was to get ONE KEY, nonprogrammed through D’Arcy Hyundai. I also had Plainfield Lock Techs rekey my house. I now live in my own fort Knox, thanks to D’Arcy Motors, for the push. As I would never have imagined I would spend $1,400 for a single lost key and programming, of which is not my fault. Will be reaching back next week when I have money to rekey this sentry safe. We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!
