Our front door lock broke and we desperately needed it fixed same day. Called Cape Cod Lock and Safe Co. and miraculously they were able to come within a half hour of our call. Replaced front door lock and immediately gave us additional keys for it. Then when I asked if she could put same lock using same keys on back door she said yes and did that all quickly at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate calling them again.

What a joke. Having emergency issue with lock replacement. And called to see if they can help. Was told NEXT WEEK. Today is Friday, so I asked if there are any other places I can try in the area and was told “not really”. I’m disabled, so I suppose I can blow off my neurologist today and not worry about groceries, camp out in my home until it’s reasonable sometime next week for help removing a stripped screw. Smh.
