Dalton provided an ETA, texted time updates, and ended up arriving early. The cost wasn’t scary. Pleasantly professional and super efficient. Took his shoes off (didn’t have to) and arranged the old locks nicely in case I wanted to keep. Highly recommend!

I went to Walmart here in Des Moines Iowa on 73rd Street and got three keys made in your machine all basic brass keys. Comparing them in the store before I left I noticed the valleys were not as deep on the keys I just had made compared to the original. And of course once I got home the keys work yes but it’s like they grind. Now back to me getting three keys at your machine. $6 a key? Buy two get one free? Additional $3 for the machine to use a wire brush to knock off the abrasive edges? Seriously?? For one your ratings would be better if your machine automatically did that to all keys without extra charge. But the valleys are not cut as deep as the original. I got lucky mine work but I would have to assume at some point someone’s is not going to work because those valleys are not cut deep enough. Anyway I would suggest anyone needing a key just go to the local Ace hardware store. It is cheaper and the keys are always spot on the first time. You wanted my review there it is

I’ve had to make keys for me on a few occasions. For my chevy , they showed me how to program the key myself. Remind me Nissan, they had to program it, but they did the second key for free.Because i’ve been a previous customer

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.
