Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate – Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys – leaving my husband without transportation!

Had three car key copies made in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!
Was told by another place that I couldn’t have a copy made that would actually be able to start my car, because they said the key contained a chip.
There was no chip present, and Tri Sate Lock made me three copies in no time and they all start my car with no problems!

Nick was so incredibly helpful over the phone aiding us with a busted ignition lock. They didn’t have the exact part for our car, which most places don’t since we have an old weird car, so he walked us through steps we could take to hopefully get the ignition turned.

Big Red has saved the day quite a few times before! Today again they came thru! Had to secure a home for a lender , had no keys to property so basically ‘breaking in’, with help of Attorney and Sarpy County Sherrif deputy (who was also a Great person) Big Red was able to quickly help get locks rekeyed and home secured for Lender. I’ve had to make keys for me on a few occasions. For my chevy , they showed me how to program the key myself. Remind me Nissan, they had to program it, but they did the second key for free.Because i’ve been a previous customer

Great place to have keys made. They have plenty of options from keys, safes, door locks, locks, key chains and many accessories. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 15 minutes with 2 keys that needed to be cut.

They have a fancy computer that searches for the key blank. It doesn’t work. Go to a locksmith if you need keys, that’s what I had to do.
