I had a lock issue with a padlock, I called Brian & we discussed the most practical approach (which was to cut it off where it was on the bike rack versus spending time (ie me being charged time) for him to try to figure out the combination that one of my kids accidentally changed it to before they locked it). Additionally, his fix was less than 10 minutes & done while I waited.
