Every key I’ve ever made with the self-serve kiosk has worked perfectly. I enjoy the experience much more without having to flag down an employee just to have a key made. Plus, saving keys to your profile makes cutting copies in the future so much easier. Wish these kiosks were in every hardware store!

I had three copies of a key made, but the key stock used was incorrect so the keys would not fit. Useless. I called the 800 number and they gave me a refund easily. But I still had to go to a “real” key place and get my copies. I guess all the bugs are not quite worked out.
