What can I say about Midwest Towing?! Absolutely the BEST towing in around Avoca, IA. Sam who helped us was God sent. I was skeptical of the outcome as it relates to key functionality. The results was a copy of my key that performed exceptionally well. There was no binding or resistance when turning inside the lock. It is important to note that using an original key to use as the reference is paramount. I would highly recommend giving the key kiosk a try when you need to make a copy of a key.

I came in to get a new key/fob made for my car. The customer service was very good. They do good work. Plus, I didn’t realize all the different services in security that they offer. Highly recommended.

I called and the lady hung up mid call, I thought it was a mistake. I called back then she was giving me attitude. At this point I’m thinking, why is she the one acting all stressed out I’m the one locked outside my car in the freezing cold. So she ends up telling me someones on the way… turns out she lied, 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. I call back and tell her I’m the person that called before and she hangs up on me AGAIN. I can’t wait to find out who was on the phone. Completely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve her job.
