Excellent service! Drove from 50 minutes away, and arrived within 1 hr of reaching out. Knowledgeable, professional, affordable, and very very punctual. I was in a bit of a pickle recently, and Fred’s was the FIFTH locksmith I called and the FIRST to answer. The guy was up-front about how long it’d before he arrived (about half-hour). It took only a few minutes after his arrival before I could run in and fetch my keys. He even let me warm up in the van while he worked. And I made it to work on time! Cost was very reasonable too. I do plan to stop by the store and discuss some options to prevent a repeat. 🙂

Machine said buy 2 and get a 3rd free. I selected a standard house key. I wasn’t given the option to create 3. I got 1 key and when I tried to cut the next 2, machine was out of that blank. I will try again the next time I’m in the area. The key worked fine and price was good.

I had an issue with my garage door. They were polite, courteous. He told me a time frame (showed up earlier, even!), had a key made, and showed me how he work all within maybe 10 minutes. I appreciate the prompt service. Highly recommended.
