Super nice guy and excellent communication! I accidentally dropped my keys into a toilet at a retail store and was completely locked out. I was able to get ahold of him in less than 45 minutes, and he quickly got me set up with new keys—plus extras. Honestly, probably the best price you’ll find around here. I called a few other places and they wouldn’t even attempt to program a key, but he found a way and got everything figured out. Highly recommend

I called Fred’s locksmithing because I needed someone to rekey all of my residential locks and my triplex and I was hoping to have Fred create a master key system. However, rather than accepting my myself as a client, Fred actually directed me to a product that would allow me to rekey all of the locks by myself and allow me to have a master key (kwikset key control system ). So while I did not actually utilize Fred’s locksmithing Services, it was not because I did not need them. I did need his Services, but he also knew of an alternate path for myself that would not only save me money but would also remove me from being a potential client. I think that this was a stand-up move and reflects that that Fred is an open, honest Small Business person. So while I did not know how Fred is as a service provider, I do suspect that he is a good And honest person.

Keys worked well, the location in the store was a little hard to find, no signs saying where it was, I just heard about they had one at menards, the plain keys were pretty cheap and you buy 2 and get 3rd free was nice but if u wanted a design I think it was a little pricey.

I bought 7 keys at a Minute Key machine in Iowa Falls, Iowa, (Walmart) on July 4th. Your drop-down menu will not let me put in the correct date (it forces me to select July 3rd). Not a single one of those keys works. The keys are too thick to even get them to start to go into the keyholes.

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before using the machine, as I trusted Walmart and figured they knew this to be a good thing. Now that I am reading the reviews, I am seeing many people complaining of keys not being properly made and not getting their money back.

I am very disappointed. I would like a full refund in a timely manner. I will contact the BBB and Walmart Corporate Office if I do not get a refund.

I plan to update this review no matter the outcome.

Our condo association had a new keypad installed. As well as the appropriate code, 12 owners needed a key made for the new lock.
B&B was able to do this very efficiently. We also needed a key made to remove old key pads. The company came to our property, created a new key on site. Great service!!

I chose 3 keys 1 for the front door of my home and 2 for the back door for $17.32. This machine gave me 3 keys none of which were cut. I took them into the service desk at the Walmart I was at and informed them of the poor return I recieved. Even though they stated they do not own the machine they refunded my money for me. You need to thank them and repay them for their support. I will surely avoid this machine in the future.

Had three car key copies made in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!
Was told by another place that I couldn’t have a copy made that would actually be able to start my car, because they said the key contained a chip.
There was no chip present, and Tri Sate Lock made me three copies in no time and they all start my car with no problems!

Excellent service provider. Called for a customer’s vehicle in our parking lot and they were here within 15 minutes and charged $65 for a Chevy Malibu. Awesomeness.

Called around for a replacement fob for my Jeep Cherokee and prices were absurd. Called Eric, and got 1/3 of the price of dealerships and Ace Hardware.

Schedule appointment. Showed up. In and out. Eric is friendly and just gets it done. I’d recommend for anyone.
