Called around for a replacement fob for my Jeep Cherokee and prices were absurd. Called Eric, and got 1/3 of the price of dealerships and Ace Hardware.

Schedule appointment. Showed up. In and out. Eric is friendly and just gets it done. I’d recommend for anyone.

Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate – Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys – leaving my husband without transportation!

John’s Lock and Key were phenomenal! The ignition cylinder locked on my teenager’s 2009 and they were able to help get us moving again. They didn’t immediately try to go for the “expensive” fix but after walking me thru what to try to no luck they worked quickly to find the part and get it going. They were very professional. Communicated well and was very easy to work with. I’ve gone there before the little things and they always were nice. This confirmed if I need any help with locks I know where I am going.

Chris was amazing, he replaced a door knob for my son & DIL, very efficient, we were so impressed. I told Chris I had a repair needed on my keyless entry from a botched job from different locksmith company I had used a month ago, he came out the same day and fixed the keyless entry/deadbolt.
