We got locked out of our house, and the owner answered right away and arrived very quickly. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and walked us through everything he was trying while working to get the door open. He ultimately had to drill the lock, but he handled everything professionally and efficiently. Great service and a very friendly experience overall!

The KeyMe Locksmith kiosk at my local Menards was a breeze! Didn’t even know we could make keys ourselves before I went in. The touch screen was easy to navigate, and even though I had several keys made, it only took a few minutes. All the keys work, and I’ll definitely go back next time I need them!

Locked out of my place all morning. They promised to have someone call me. And they never did. I had 10 phone conversations with their receptionist. In each one, she promised me they’d call or send someone. They never did. Do not call these people if you’re literally locked out in the cold and need help. Utterly unreliable.

I called and the lady hung up mid call, I thought it was a mistake. I called back then she was giving me attitude. At this point I’m thinking, why is she the one acting all stressed out I’m the one locked outside my car in the freezing cold. So she ends up telling me someones on the way… turns out she lied, 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. I call back and tell her I’m the person that called before and she hangs up on me AGAIN. I can’t wait to find out who was on the phone. Completely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve her job.

I was skeptical of the outcome as it relates to key functionality. The results was a copy of my key that performed exceptionally well. There was no binding or resistance when turning inside the lock. It is important to note that using an original key to use as the reference is paramount. I would highly recommend giving the key kiosk a try when you need to make a copy of a key.
