I run an Airbnb in Readstown and twice I have had to call this business in an emergency when my locking system failed and I had guests arriving shortly. Scott dropped what he was doing and took care of my problem quickly and averted having to cancel a reservation at the last moment! So pleasant to deal with and really knows his trade. He is a knight in shining armor in my book and I recommend his services highly!!

These guys are scammers! I had called the number listed and no one answered. I was immediately called back by a Chicago number, which is not abnormal for this area. The person only said they are a locksmith and need a zip code. No introduction or anything. Then a NY number reached out to me with the same lack of professionalism. When the person arrived at my building, they could not stay on the phone and insisted I come down to to bring them in (also sketch). Once this male was in my apartment, he said it would be $315 to unlock my door and would not accept anything but this. Thankfully I was firm in my opinions and the male left within 2 minutes of entering, since I was not paying this price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL AMERICAN LOCK AND KEY!!!

1) The sign says, “Your key in 1 minute”…..more like 4 or 5 minutes PER KEY! 2) While your key design is all cute with your logo in it (?), it definitely doesn’t work with many keyrings. Redesign it so there’s a big enough hole for the keyring to slide through. The little “curved slot” at the top isn’t big enough. 3) I get it, it’s a machine and it can’t do it all, but…….when the machine is “finished” with the key, it doesn’t brush the edges of the cut metal making it difficult to slide in and out of the key hole. Over all, not a great experience…..but the only one available as WalMart continues to look for ways to cut payroll.

I called and the lady hung up mid call, I thought it was a mistake. I called back then she was giving me attitude. At this point I’m thinking, why is she the one acting all stressed out I’m the one locked outside my car in the freezing cold. So she ends up telling me someones on the way… turns out she lied, 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. I call back and tell her I’m the person that called before and she hangs up on me AGAIN. I can’t wait to find out who was on the phone. Completely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve her job.
