Not good. I made 3 keys. Trying the 1st key messed up something in the door lock. Know I need a new door lock and the 3 keys I made are no good. Not happy

Earl was timely and polite! My key fob got locked in my car and he came ASAP on a Saturday afternoon! I’m very thankful as I was visiting from out of state and needed to leave the next day. 👍🏻😊

John’s Lock and Key were phenomenal! The ignition cylinder locked on my teenager’s 2009 and they were able to help get us moving again. They didn’t immediately try to go for the “expensive” fix but after walking me thru what to try to no luck they worked quickly to find the part and get it going. They were very professional. Communicated well and was very easy to work with. I’ve gone there before the little things and they always were nice. This confirmed if I need any help with locks I know where I am going.

Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate – Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys – leaving my husband without transportation!
He answered the phone promptly, no waiting for a callback, he understood how important it was to get keys made quickly and dispatched service within 10 minutes –

I called at 3pm and within 1 hour he was at my house 5 minutes later he had my new key programmed!!! Super friendly obviously very knowledgeable. I recommend 10/10!!!
