In early September, St. Isidore Parish had some issues with their aged wood doors at both Sacred Heart Church in Middleboro, MA and St. Rose of Lima Church in Rochester, MA. Billy was able to locate, purchase, and install a matching outer handle that had sheared off one of the doors in Middleboro. He was also able to accompany me down to Rochester to tighten the lock assemblies that were spinning within those 2 inch thick doors all in the same day. Had three car key copies made in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!
Was told by another place that I couldn’t have a copy made that would actually be able to start my car, because they said the key contained a chip.
There was no chip present, and Tri Sate Lock made me three copies in no time and they all start my car with no problems!

I called and the lady hung up mid call, I thought it was a mistake. I called back then she was giving me attitude. At this point I’m thinking, why is she the one acting all stressed out I’m the one locked outside my car in the freezing cold. So she ends up telling me someones on the way… turns out she lied, 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. I call back and tell her I’m the person that called before and she hangs up on me AGAIN. I can’t wait to find out who was on the phone. Completely unprofessional and doesn’t deserve her job.

I bought 7 keys at a Minute Key machine in Iowa Falls, Iowa, (Walmart) on July 4th. Your drop-down menu will not let me put in the correct date (it forces me to select July 3rd). Not a single one of those keys works. The keys are too thick to even get them to start to go into the keyholes.

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before using the machine, as I trusted Walmart and figured they knew this to be a good thing. Now that I am reading the reviews, I am seeing many people complaining of keys not being properly made and not getting their money back.

I am very disappointed. I would like a full refund in a timely manner. I will contact the BBB and Walmart Corporate Office if I do not get a refund.

I plan to update this review no matter the outcome.
