Within 25 minutes during heavy traffic their technician was at my vehicle to help me get back into my car during a VERY cold day.

They were very professional and very kind. It was also cheaper than I expected.

This company changed my daughter $340 for a simple unlock service on a 2013 kia Rio! She is young and they took advantage of her. She asked the price they told her they wouldn’t know till they came out, they came out and she asked the price and he barely spoke English, told her he wouldn’t know until he opened it, told her not to worry the insurance would pay for it, then after he opened it sent her a venmo for $340. She had to borrow $ to figure out how to pay him. ALSO damaged her door opening it, now you can hear the wind when driving down the road with the door closed.
Tried reaching out to the company, was told they will call back, been getting the run around.

USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY!

Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate – Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys – leaving my husband without transportation!

Called around for a replacement fob for my Jeep Cherokee and prices were absurd. Called Eric, and got 1/3 of the price of dealerships and Ace Hardware.

Schedule appointment. Showed up. In and out. Eric is friendly and just gets it done. I’d recommend for anyone.

Super nice guy and excellent communication! I accidentally dropped my keys into a toilet at a retail store and was completely locked out. I was able to get ahold of him in less than 45 minutes, and he quickly got me set up with new keys—plus extras. Honestly, probably the best price you’ll find around here. I called a few other places and they wouldn’t even attempt to program a key, but he found a way and got everything figured out. Highly recommend

The keys are perfect. The price was pretty steep for the car keys, but they work great. For some reason, car keys are always overpriced.

1) The sign says, “Your key in 1 minute”…..more like 4 or 5 minutes PER KEY! 2) While your key design is all cute with your logo in it (?), it definitely doesn’t work with many keyrings. Redesign it so there’s a big enough hole for the keyring to slide through. The little “curved slot” at the top isn’t big enough. 3) I get it, it’s a machine and it can’t do it all, but…….when the machine is “finished” with the key, it doesn’t brush the edges of the cut metal making it difficult to slide in and out of the key hole. Over all, not a great experience…..but the only one available as WalMart continues to look for ways to cut payroll.

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.
