Could not be happier! After the Subaru Dealer quoting me a king’s ransom , I found Mike’s Locks for Cars and called him up. We set up an appointment and the entire process took less than 20 minutes. AND he is local! The Subaru Dealership is in Davenport or Cedar Rapids and they wanted the process to take three days. Unbelievable! And with the price they quoted, Unacceptable! I could not be more thrilled that I found Mike online. If you have a chipped key for your car, give him a call, Save yourself some money and a HUGE headache that comes from dealing with a dealer. Highly recommend!

Called around for a replacement fob for my Jeep Cherokee and prices were absurd. Called Eric, and got 1/3 of the price of dealerships and Ace Hardware.

Key was easy to make and works really well
I didn’t have a second key made at first because I wanted to make sure the first worked. I had a second key made today. Both work perfectly and the key making process was seamless

I’m always skeptical of automated kiosks like this one but I have purchased a dozen keys from the Minute Key at my local Lowes over the past year and they have all worked perfectly. I have tried other competitor kiosks and the results were pretty bad. They were always responsive and gave a refund but it’s the hassle of it all. Minute Key seems to have their equipment and method dialed in for a superior customer experience. Hats off to the team and the innovation.
