I came in to get a new key/fob made for my car. The customer service was very good. They do good work. Plus, I didn’t realize all the different services in security that they offer. Highly recommended.

Key Cut is a little tight but a little jiggle and works fine (should get better with use), programming of fob was quick and easy, and everything worked perfect. Used kiosk at the Walmart. 2008 Dodge Avenger. I think it would have been a lot more at dealer.

I bought 7 keys at a Minute Key machine in Iowa Falls, Iowa, (Walmart) on July 4th. Your drop-down menu will not let me put in the correct date (it forces me to select July 3rd). Not a single one of those keys works. The keys are too thick to even get them to start to go into the keyholes.

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before using the machine, as I trusted Walmart and figured they knew this to be a good thing. Now that I am reading the reviews, I am seeing many people complaining of keys not being properly made and not getting their money back.

I am very disappointed. I would like a full refund in a timely manner. I will contact the BBB and Walmart Corporate Office if I do not get a refund.

I plan to update this review no matter the outcome.
