What a joke. Having emergency issue with lock replacement. And called to see if they can help. Was told NEXT WEEK. Today is Friday, so I asked if there are any other places I can try in the area and was told “not really”. I’m disabled, so I suppose I can blow off my neurologist today and not worry about groceries, camp out in my home until it’s reasonable sometime next week for help removing a stripped screw. Smh.

When I first called to have two
Doors refitted in our new-to-us house, the man on the other end of the phone spent a huge amount of time finding out what we wanted, making recommendations and asking questions. He even had me upload a photo for clarification. When our hardware arrived I called back and they scheduled a locksmith for the very next day. Enter Pat! This man did impeccable work in a friendly and straightforward way and also made absolutely sure that we understood how to program our code into the doors.
