Earl was timely and polite! My key fob got locked in my car and he came ASAP on a Saturday afternoon! I’m very thankful as I was visiting from out of state and needed to leave the next day. 👍🏻😊

While putting groceries in the trunk, I locked my keys in there. It’s an old lincoln towne car like the old gal driving it. I had my dogs with me, in the car. I called “Jim’s Lock and Safe”and the locksmith was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to get me into the interior of the car, but he was not able to get the trunk open because of the way the lincolns are made with the automatic locks. He tried several times and ways to unlock trunk. I would have had to pay an extra fee to have a key made to access the trunk where the keys were. I did not want to incur the extra fee and had the dogs. Desperate, I thought to call a business contact to come and pick me and the dogs up to get me home to Sperry and back w/ the spare key. Given the locksmith was unable to get the trunk open where the keys were, he did not charge me. He had helped me access the cab and my dogs. He had spent time, gas, effort and patience with me. I am very impressed and grateful with time and attentiveness. This is the 3rd time over my 8 yrs. here that I have accessed this locksmith and each time they have come right away. The other 2 times the vehicle was easier to access successfully. Jim’s is a class act team, decent.

This place is a great resource for any DIYer, handyman or similar professional! The guys who run this place are exceptionally knowledgeable, possess the right mix of experience and professionalism… with outstanding customer service and an unbelievable selection of specialty and more difficult to find yet commonly used hardware of all kinds. I really appreciate these guys and this is an excellent resource for my business. I wish I would have just found them much sooner… But better late than never right? 🙂
