Key not only didn’t work, but got stuck in door when turned to lock, had to use wd40 to get it out. No order number was emailed or texted to me, so no refund could be processed via the link they texted me.. nobody was available after being “on hold” for an hour. Hopefully my email refunds me eventually..

I run an Airbnb in Readstown and twice I have had to call this business in an emergency when my locking system failed and I had guests arriving shortly. Scott dropped what he was doing and took care of my problem quickly and averted having to cancel a reservation at the last moment! So pleasant to deal with and really knows his trade. I’ve had to make keys for me on a few occasions. For my chevy , they showed me how to program the key myself. Remind me Nissan, they had to program it, but they did the second key for free.Because i’ve been a previous customer

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.

Bought 3 keys at a premium price. Got home and tried them and not a 1 of them worked. When the kiosk made them it doesn’t clean off the burns, (that costs extra). Even after I cleaned them up a bit they still don’t work.
Now I have to figure out how to get my money back so I can find a hardware store that makes keys to do it right. Very unhappy with this service. Huge waste of my time.
I would avoid using any auto magic key maker.

I came in to get a new key/fob made for my car. The customer service was very good. They do good work. Plus, I didn’t realize all the different services in security that they offer. Highly recommended.
