Have tried to order multiple keys and was told it takes a week to get them in. My information is taken down on a post it note and after a week no call back. So I ordered my own key online and went back he cut it for free. Perfect!! But he didn’t have the programmer in the office so I set up an appointment for the following day. Showed up 30 min early at 9:30, went to the door and it was locked. So I waited and an employee pulled in went inside. I went back to the door and it was still locked. As they were coming back out roughly 30 min later I saw them interacting with someone else inside and as the employee walked out locked the door behind them. No acknowledgment from anyone and the door was locked the entire time I was there roughly 45 min to an hour. Horrible experience and customer service.

John’s Lock and Key were phenomenal! The ignition cylinder locked on my teenager’s 2009 and they were able to help get us moving again. They didn’t immediately try to go for the “expensive” fix but after walking me thru what to try to no luck they worked quickly to find the part and get it going. They were very professional. Communicated well and was very easy to work with. I’ve gone there before the little things and they always were nice. This confirmed if I need any help with locks I know where I am going.
