Key copying was quick & easy, and all copies worked. Would be nice to have 2 choices for the basic keys (say brass and silver), so that you can tell different keys apart if need be. Sneaky pre-checked box for their “monthly newsletter” when you put your email in. Still better than tracking down and dealing with a potentially sullen or inept employee.
