Went to 2 different establishments to get 1 key made. Went to Walmart & used the machine & the key it made lacked a bump present on the original key, so it was useless! Got refunded. Went next door to Menards (home improvement center) & learned they used the IDENTICAL machine. Not impressed. Not optimistic, but tried the new machine. Same results EXACTLY! The bump was missing on the key using the second machine. 2 attempts, 2 failures.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There WILL NOT EVER be a 3rd attempt.
Satisfaction value? I rate it in a negative number! On a 10 scale, with 1 being dissatisfied & 10 being very satisfied, my rating is a NEGATIVE 100!
There is a locksmith in town, but he’s on vacation. I’ll HAPPILY wait until he returns & give him TWICE what your machines cost! Automation cannot do what a live craftsman can do.

The key works fine. It’s a bit high for the price and then they want you to spend more money to smooth it out. That’s ridiculous

I was skeptical of the outcome as it relates to key functionality. The results was a copy of my key that performed exceptionally well. There was no binding or resistance when turning inside the lock. It is important to note that using an original key to use as the reference is paramount. I would highly recommend giving the key kiosk a try when you need to make a copy of a key.

Highly recommend this business. We use them to rekey locks or for on call services. Very responsive and prompt. Their prices are good and do good work. We have used them several times and highly recommend this business.

Jerry is one of the true heroes of Keokuk, IA. I have seen him rescue babies out of hot cars, install equipment that makes schools safer, and assist businesses after break-ins and vandalism.

If it wasn’t for this Jerry’s, Keokukians might have to call on locksmith professionals from Ft. Madison and Quincy, and the wait might cause critical and even dangerous delays. I am so thankful for this place!

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.

Ex worked here years ago, so I’m aware of how shady the owner is. The N and S are for the kids he hopes will take over his business one day. Called today to have a key made for my 2015 Fusion. $190 plus tax for just a key, $240 plus for the whole fob.
I called J&J Access and was quoted $130 for new fob with flip-out key. When I brought the actual key in (blade is broken off from fob), they determined they could simply replace the shell for $85. So, my needs were met by another locksmith for less than half the price N&S was charging.
Like my ex said, this place is for people who have money to literally waste. I’m not one of those people.
