Called around for a replacement fob for my Jeep Cherokee and prices were absurd. Called Eric, and got 1/3 of the price of dealerships and Ace Hardware.

Schedule appointment. Showed up. In and out. Eric is friendly and just gets it done. I’d recommend for anyone.

Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate – Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys – leaving my husband without transportation!
He answered the phone promptly, no waiting for a callback, he understood how important it was to get keys made quickly and dispatched service within 10 minutes –

I was skeptical of the outcome as it relates to key functionality. The results was a copy of my key that performed exceptionally well. There was no binding or resistance when turning inside the lock. It is important to note that using an original key to use as the reference is paramount. I would highly recommend giving the key kiosk a try when you need to make a copy of a key.

These people Scammed me out of my money, gave me an excuse every single day and even mention to refund me my money, but when I made that choice, I was told no and got no lockout service even till this day.. he promised he would be somewhere at 7 PM never showed up and gave me another random step… if you do find them, I would just call the police. Imagine calling these people and you never see them in your entire life you like you buy a lockout service to get inside the car they’re talking about verifying ownership use the license plate use the VIN number aren’t you a professional after four days The thing that was the holdup was the registration this man promised me and God to go to that location he never showed up told us to fight figure out how to get the registration out the card you are the locksmith it came with the fee to unlock the car . Me wanting to file a dispute He’s showing the people that the key was actually delivered and I never saw this man in my entire life he never showed up. And told me because of my dispute she wants to go to war with me he told me I’m ready for you I will update you with photos later

After starting the process, the kiosk told me that my key was an “uncommon type” but could be mailed to me later for something like $13 or so. That was not true – it was a very common key type, and I actually had used the same machine previously for that very same key. In fact, I went across the street to another Key Me kiosk and used it successfully.

The kiosk was apparently just empty of that type of key blank. I REALLY hate being straight-up lied to and jerked around, simply to make an extremely over priced sale. This is a horribly deceptive and shameful business practice. I won’t be using Key Me kiosks ever again, and I’ll be sure to spread the word about this wherever I can.
