They gave me and honest and reasonable price for the work he has done for me.. 10 out of 10 I will recommend this company for various jobs that they can offer. The company has never let me down with the multiple times I have used them for different jobs and they stand on their guarantee.. they fix other company’s mistakes and explain to you what they did wrong and tell/show you what is better and more times than not cheaper than the other company. And I put i spent $200+ but that not per job! I put that in there because they are very reasonable with prices!!!

I had a great experience and Brad was extremely helpful. He was able to cut duplicate keys that aren’t available at a typical hardware store and did it in a quick time frame. He was also very upfront with the costs which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Brad and 1st Choice Lock & Security and will be using them again in the future.

Wonderfully nice person! Quick to get here and quick to unlock. He overheard the boys say they were heading to go snowboarding at Chestnut so he charged less on the service so they could get a snack. I pushed back on that wanting to pay the full price and he insisted. Pretty impressive!

Nathan, the locksmith technician who was professional and very tech savvy, called with an ETA and arrived on time to fix a minor Larson lock & catch front storm door issue. The KeyMe Locksmith kiosk at my local Menards was a breeze! Didn’t even know we could make keys ourselves before I went in. The touch screen was easy to navigate, and even though I had several keys made, it only took a few minutes. All the keys work, and I’ll definitely go back next time I need them!
