Machine was easy to work with. Payment was easy. Had 3 keys made for our front door. One of the three worked. The other two did not. Kept on trying and eventually they all worked. Troubling. I don’t know what the future will bring with these keys.

Super nice guy and excellent communication! I accidentally dropped my keys into a toilet at a retail store and was completely locked out. I was able to get ahold of him in less than 45 minutes, and he quickly got me set up with new keys—plus extras. Honestly, probably the best price you’ll find around here. I called a few other places and they wouldn’t even attempt to program a key, but he found a way and got everything figured out. Highly recommend

Used the kiosk at my local Walmart. It was easy to use and was able to get a few copies for my car. Only 4 stars because shipping time could have been a little better. There is a neat option that saves the key to your profile so you don’t need the original key to order more copies later.

I run an Airbnb in Readstown and twice I have had to call this business in an emergency when my locking system failed and I had guests arriving shortly. Scott dropped what he was doing and took care of my problem quickly and averted having to cancel a reservation at the last moment! So pleasant to deal with and really knows his trade. What a great experience. Very responsive when I needed to setup the appointment, and when I needed to confirm it a few days later. When I showed up at my new house to have him change the locks, he was there 5 minutes early, ready to go. Mike knew what to do, was very efficient, and answered all my questions. I had a bunch of locks changed, and a bunch of extra keys made. He tested every key, in every lock, to make sure they all worked. He came highly recommended from my agent, and now I’ll be highly recommending him to anyone who asks.

I bought 7 keys at a Minute Key machine in Iowa Falls, Iowa, (Walmart) on July 4th. Your drop-down menu will not let me put in the correct date (it forces me to select July 3rd). Not a single one of those keys works. The keys are too thick to even get them to start to go into the keyholes.

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before using the machine, as I trusted Walmart and figured they knew this to be a good thing. Now that I am reading the reviews, I am seeing many people complaining of keys not being properly made and not getting their money back.

I am very disappointed. I would like a full refund in a timely manner. I will contact the BBB and Walmart Corporate Office if I do not get a refund.

I plan to update this review no matter the outcome.
