I needed a key roughly 50 years old to be duplicated and no one else could do this but Locksmith Center. I sent them an e-mail with a photo of both sides of the key and they said to come in and they could copy as many as I needed that day. They were excellent, quick, courteous, and informative. I was grateful!

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.

Called around for a replacement fob for my Jeep Cherokee and prices were absurd. Called Eric, and got 1/3 of the price of dealerships and Ace Hardware.

Schedule appointment. Showed up. In and out. Eric is friendly and just gets it done. I’d recommend for anyone.

I stopped by today to get pricing on some new smart locks for my home and not only did the new guy “Richard” help me find the best price for my budget, he also helped me with putting on my spare tire since my tire literally just popped as I was about to make the turn to get to the shop and I didn’t have my lug nut wrench with me.

He went above and beyond!! He needs to be praised for this!! I got a much better price than anywhere else in the area!!! He was also very patient with me and offered several options. Thanks again Richard!!!!

Charlie and Andrew saved me from my slider lock problem! I had tried to fix it myself, and in the process ruined it. They removed the old lock and replaced it with one that I absolutely love! I am still impressed by their customer service; they are friendly, skilled, and nice to talk with. If you are anywhere near Simsbury CT and need a locksmith, CALL them! My friend Karen called them and they replaced her car fob – she’s very happy with the service and the price.

I bought 7 keys at a Minute Key machine in Iowa Falls, Iowa, (Walmart) on July 4th. Your drop-down menu will not let me put in the correct date (it forces me to select July 3rd). Not a single one of those keys works. The keys are too thick to even get them to start to go into the keyholes.

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews on Facebook before using the machine, as I trusted Walmart and figured they knew this to be a good thing. Now that I am reading the reviews, I am seeing many people complaining of keys not being properly made and not getting their money back.

I am very disappointed. I would like a full refund in a timely manner. I will contact the BBB and Walmart Corporate Office if I do not get a refund.

I plan to update this review no matter the outcome.
