I called and made an appointment with Phillip and I got there at 9:30 and left 15 minutes latter and I didn’t even ask for him to pair the keys to my car but he did and was really nice about the whole appointment even changing the batteries in the fob! We got locked out of our house, and the owner answered right away and arrived very quickly. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and walked us through everything he was trying while working to get the door open. He ultimately had to drill the lock, but he handled everything professionally and efficiently. Great service and a very friendly experience overall!

Last time I use you. Yours costs are extreme and hate that you nickel and dime with add-ons such as pay to brush the teeth after purchase. Our local Ace only charges $2.99 for a key with the brushing.

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.
