I lost my ignition key to my trailblazer. I called Chris on a Sunday evening and he answered his phone . He was able to make me a new key before noon on the following Monday. His communication was good. He went to where my truck was to ensure the key worked. If anyone is seeking this type of service be prepared to have your title or registration, drivers license and a picture of your rear plate. Thanks Chris for a job well done.

Wonderfully nice person! Quick to get here and quick to unlock. He overheard the boys say they were heading to go snowboarding at Chestnut so he charged less on the service so they could get a snack. I pushed back on that wanting to pay the full price and he insisted. Pretty impressive!

Kiosk in the local Menards building supply. I’ve used it before and it is quick and easy to make spare house keys. Have not tried the other services.

I called and made an appointment with Phillip and I got there at 9:30 and left 15 minutes latter and I didn’t even ask for him to pair the keys to my car but he did and was really nice about the whole appointment even changing the batteries in the fob! Last time I use you. Yours costs are extreme and hate that you nickel and dime with add-ons such as pay to brush the teeth after purchase. Our local Ace only charges $2.99 for a key with the brushing.

Love Hartz lock! They are so friendly! I have had them come to my house to help me get in when I locked myself out and they were so quick and friendly and I believe it only cost $60 or so. Also consider them if you want to change your locks. Instead of replacing your locks you can take them in and get them rekeyed for only $15 a lock. Some serious cost savings if you don’t want to go through the hassle of completely replacing them. I did this recently for my house and it didn’t take long at all.

While putting groceries in the trunk, I locked my keys in there. It’s an old lincoln towne car like the old gal driving it. I had my dogs with me, in the car. I called “Jim’s Lock and Safe”and the locksmith was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to get me into the interior of the car, but he was not able to get the trunk open because of the way the lincolns are made with the automatic locks. He tried several times and ways to unlock trunk. I would have had to pay an extra fee to have a key made to access the trunk where the keys were. I did not want to incur the extra fee and had the dogs. Desperate, I thought to call a business contact to come and pick me and the dogs up to get me home to Sperry and back w/ the spare key. Given the locksmith was unable to get the trunk open where the keys were, he did not charge me. He had helped me access the cab and my dogs. He had spent time, gas, effort and patience with me. I am very impressed and grateful with time and attentiveness. This is the 3rd time over my 8 yrs. here that I have accessed this locksmith and each time they have come right away. The other 2 times the vehicle was easier to access successfully. Jim’s is a class act team, decent.
