This shop is a treasure yo have in Ames. Extremely knowledgeable. Lots of parts/keys/locks/extras in stock. Made some, long lost, new keys for my classic car. What a joke. Having emergency issue with lock replacement. And called to see if they can help. Was told NEXT WEEK. Today is Friday, so I asked if there are any other places I can try in the area and was told “not really”. I’m disabled, so I suppose I can blow off my neurologist today and not worry about groceries, camp out in my home until it’s reasonable sometime next week for help removing a stripped screw. Smh.
