I called and made an appointment with Phillip and I got there at 9:30 and left 15 minutes latter and I didn’t even ask for him to pair the keys to my car but he did and was really nice about the whole appointment even changing the batteries in the fob! Love Hartz lock! They are so friendly! I have had them come to my house to help me get in when I locked myself out and they were so quick and friendly and I believe it only cost $60 or so. Also consider them if you want to change your locks. Instead of replacing your locks you can take them in and get them rekeyed for only $15 a lock. Some serious cost savings if you don’t want to go through the hassle of completely replacing them. I did this recently for my house and it didn’t take long at all.

We got locked out of our house, and the owner answered right away and arrived very quickly. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and walked us through everything he was trying while working to get the door open. He ultimately had to drill the lock, but he handled everything professionally and efficiently. Great service and a very friendly experience overall!
