Brought them an aftermarket key to get cut and programmed and when it didn’t work they were very helpful and accommodating to fix the issue! Great people, very nice

Key didn’t work. Have used this same kiosk before with no problems. This time it said it was keying the key to original settings instead of the worn down condition it was in.

Christian was great! I called Gomex after I was given an outrageous price to reprogram two key fobs. He was open and transparent and essentially told me that I was being overcharged by the other company. He came out and reprogramed two key fobs for less than half the price I was originally quoted. He was very respectful, customer focused and had excellent customer service. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!

What a joke. Having emergency issue with lock replacement. And called to see if they can help. Was told NEXT WEEK. Today is Friday, so I asked if there are any other places I can try in the area and was told “not really”. I’m disabled, so I suppose I can blow off my neurologist today and not worry about groceries, camp out in my home until it’s reasonable sometime next week for help removing a stripped screw. Smh.
