My son lost his truck keys. I called Williams Locksmith and told him what we needed and he was here within a half hr. And my son had 2 new sets of keys within an hr. Thank you!! Definitely recommend!

Dalton provided an ETA, texted time updates, and ended up arriving early. The cost wasn’t scary. Pleasantly professional and super efficient. Took his shoes off (didn’t have to) and arranged the old locks nicely in case I wanted to keep. Highly recommend!

Probably my fault. Tried to have keys made for a personal lockbox. The machine seemed to recognize the key and I had 3 cut. Needless to say didn’t work. Only cut one side and won’t fit in the lock. Didn’t find any warnings on the machine. I may have missed something.

Super nice guy, came out to switch our locks on our new home. Fixed our garage door alignment so it would lock properly. Very fast! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mortise lock on our 102yr old door, even took the time to teach me how to make any repairs and which screws to get. Swapped the cylinder out with one in better condition that was still old to match the door, even gave me a cool key for it. Quick, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.

Christian was great! I called Gomex after I was given an outrageous price to reprogram two key fobs. He was open and transparent and essentially told me that I was being overcharged by the other company. He came out and reprogramed two key fobs for less than half the price I was originally quoted. He was very respectful, customer focused and had excellent customer service. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had to make keys for me on a few occasions. For my chevy , they showed me how to program the key myself. Remind me Nissan, they had to program it, but they did the second key for free.Because i’ve been a previous customer

If you want this place to rob you then you go ahead and use them. No company vehicle, no uniforms, doesn’t have proper tools as they had to use mine. I was told when I called that I would know the cost before they started work on opening my safe. They told me the price at the end. $250 bucks for them to pry a safe door off the safe. Then they don’t want to refund me any of after all of my concerns. Horrible company.

Very very disappointed! The machine told me $3.99, and it charged me $11.74. This is a rip off! Don’t use this machine.
