I appreciate this business so much as a young single mother they helped me out a lot and price matched other businesses and worked with me ! They are almost 40 minute drive but the customer service is worth it . I came right after work and had me in and out in under an hour ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had a key stuck inside my cars ignition. I am so happy I was directed to Mr. Lock. They are absolutely fantastic. Tyler was super helpful and professional. Was able to get the key out incredibly fast and ended up making us a new key on the spot. Will absolutely be returning if we ever need the services again!

Have used Larry’s Lock for years but found it has “moved” from Plainfield location. Followed instructions on door and went to “new” location on Este Avenue. Larry’s is NOT on Este — I found an Acme location where the employee had me wait for about 5 minutes before asking what I needed — he was “busy” with a personal phone call and FINALLY told the person he was talking to that he had a customer. NOTHING like Larry’s!! I would have left but I’d already driven WAY out of my way and really needed the keys today. DEFINITELY WON’T RETURN!!

We received excellent service. They were able to schedule us the next morning and Gary called to confirm the appointment. He was on time, very friendly and personable. He installed our new deadbolt and made us new keys using the pattern from our old one. Very happy with the service and the price was fair.
