I have been using John’s Lock and Key for years to service all my shop doors, locks and service trucks. Dawn, Chris and Emily have always been very reliable. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Excellent service! Drove from 50 minutes away, and arrived within 1 hr of reaching out. Knowledgeable, professional, affordable, and very very punctual. Got me completely out of a jam, and his customer service was excellent the entire time he was extricating me from my locked out of house situation. I hope you never need a locksmith service, but if you do-Mr. Speedy is the way to go!

Total scam, Locked myself out of my car. So I ordered online to have A “Locksmith” from keyme help and I get a call from A 3rd party tow company, telling me that they can’t come and open my door because they’re afraid that they will break the window…No problem,I’ll just cancel the order and call a keySmith that can I said. So I cancel the order just to get hit by a 80$ cancellation fee….80$ all in just 15 mins from order to cancel. No one seen or touched my car and you just take 80$.Save yourself the time, money and headache…GO ELSEWHERE.

This place is fantastic! I was in need of a replacement screw for an antique custom cabinet. I was unable to find it anywhere. I took the closest screw I could find to Andy at Emerson’s along with the broken screw. Within minutes Andy re-engineered a perfectly matched screw. Very professional, skilled, reasonably priced and went out of there way to help. I highly recommend this place.

I machine actually sounded like it worked great. Spitting keys out 1 after another because I had to make multiple. They all seemed to be correct, until I got to where I needed the keys. Not a single one of them worked. I was so upset cause out of 5 keys, 1 would unlock the door but wouldn’t lock it, the other 4 did nothing only the original worked. I don’t know if the lazer inside that does the measurements is dirty or needed calibrated. I used it once before years ago and it worked just fine. I guess in a pinch I would use it again. Hopefully I’m able to use a small file or something to get them to work.

Neither key worked. Both were cut uneven with many burrs and would not unlock the door. Had to refill them to get them to work properly.

It felt deceptive that I was offered a free brass key, and after adding it they still charge you $4 for it. Also, you are forced to donate a dollar to their tree foundation, the screen gives you no option to decline. I ended up spending almost $10 to get my child one key, and I feel ripped off.
